Kim’s Noodle is a casual Korean–Chinese spot located in Midtown Toronto, specializing in hearty noodle dishes and comforting fusion eats.
Many Korean-Chinese restaurants fill their menus with dishes that customers often cannot even pronounce—let alone order frequently. But what if you could remove the unpopular items and focus only on the true classics that everyone loves? Wouldn’t that lead to a more satisfying dining experience?
That very question inspired the launch of Kim’s Noodle. Backed by a chef with over 10 years of culinary experience, this newly opened restaurant in Midtown sets out to refine Korean-Chinese cuisine. Starting as a jjamppong-focused specialty kitchen, it has now expanded to include signature favourites such as jajangmyeon and kkanpunggi – all crafted to highlight the expertise and authenticity of Kim’s Noodle.
